This was an amazing experience. The accommodations were breathtaking and the natural beauty only enhanced the our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. Heide did an excellent job in organizing this trip and putting together an outstanding group of people I now call friends.

This trip was a life changing event. It was the first time I had been to Costa Rica--beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing; the scenery was breathtaking. The workshops and classes Nissa Retreats offered helped bring my meditation skills and spirituality awareness to a much higher level.

It was the most internally transformational trip of my lifetime. Heidi became my family over a week. It was relaxing, but make no mistake. The work that you accomplish for yourself is WORK. She is there to guide and help you every step of the way. I will absolutely attend another future trip. Heidi is a blessing to my life.

Beyond expectations. It was a life-changing experience. The environment was beautiful, peaceful, safe, friendly, full of positive energy and encouragement. Heidi’s experience and mastery of the subject is undeniable and her leadership was very comforting. She pushed me to believe in myself and I was able to learn so much and gain so much self-confidence. I arrived with nothing and left with everything! Would do it again in a heartbeat!
