I had a fabulous time. Heidi is amazing and insightful. As a teacher and a guide I have never been with anyone as talented. The meditations were some of the most powerful I've ever experienced. Getting to learn about and practice the many modalities was insightful and fun. The other guests were a fabulous group of people all there to grow and supportive of everyone. The food at UTOPIA was AMAZING. Every meal was unique and truly tasteful. The figs fresh off the trees were yummy, the eggs served a different way every morning were lovely the Butternut Squash Lasagne was the tastiest thing I've eaten in a vey long time. Can hardly wait for the cookbook to come out and hope that recipe is in it. The unique rooms at the estate are out of this world ( and time) and from another era! The Meditation/Yoga room was amazing as we often saw the peacocks during our stay in the room. The Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool are gorgeous and very inviting. I got to experience the floatation therapy in a tank and enjoyed feeling weightlessness. The grounds are stunning. The meadows, trees, sheep, wildlife, firepit, tree hammocks were fabulous. Wish I had more time to explore. The guides for the nature walks are absolutely amazing. I had never experienced the energy from forest bathing before and I loved every minute of it (and no, you do not need a bathing suit to go forest bathing)! The catholic church is gorgeous and if I were getting married I would do it there. The staff everywhere (the castle, the spa, the dining hall, the nature trail) were helpful and amazing. One of my favorite things was the Falconry.. Jesse's explanations and getting to hold these unique birds was a highlight. Who knew I would ever think great things about vultures! (they don't kill anything, they just clean up in a very tidy way). If you want to experience something that may take you out of this world, do this retreat!!! I highly recommend it.

A life-changing incredible experience! What an experience at the sanctuary, the history and people made it all so amazing. Heidi brought such light to work I needed to do to heal. The incorporated events of forest bathing, fire pit, falconry, soma and breath work, healthy food a beautiful combination of nature, grounding and learning about skills that were so useful in my intuition! It literally has changed my life. Will absolutely book again!

This was an amazing experience. The accommodations were breathtaking and the natural beauty only enhanced the our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. Heide did an excellent job in organizing this trip and putting together an outstanding group of people I now call friends.

This trip was a life changing event. It was the first time I had been to Costa Rica--beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing; the scenery was breathtaking. The workshops and classes Nissa Retreats offered helped bring my meditation skills and spirituality awareness to a much higher level.

It was the most internally transformational trip of my lifetime. Heidi became my family over a week. It was relaxing, but make no mistake. The work that you accomplish for yourself is WORK. She is there to guide and help you every step of the way. I will absolutely attend another future trip. Heidi is a blessing to my life.
